Lake Tahoe has been my home for over 40 years...
Pam had an opportunity to move to Kauai, grew to love the culture and the Pacific but Lake Tahoe was home and she returned to the Sierras. Before exploring the islands, she worked with the USFS in Tahoe while living at Fallen Leaf Lake. College days were focused on Fine Arts and Earth Sciences. She paints and has taught classes locally.
Professionally, a career in ski area management gave her an opportunity to ski on a regular basis and become part of a professional skiing community. After twenty years in that arena, she hung her real estate license in Tahoe City at the Cobblestone.
The fit was perfect. Her husband is a builder. She knows Tahoe, it's neighborhoods, the building process, houses, and the real estate market. Helping people find their perfect home is very rewarding and her goal is to help people achieve their goals in real estate. Pam brings to the table experience and expertise in contracts, home construction, and the Lake Tahoe area.
Full-Service Real Estate
As an agent who has lived in this local area for over 40 years, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate in the Lake Tahoe area. It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. She is eager to serve you. Here are some of the things she can do for you:
Find Your Next Home
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! She works with you to find the right home at the right price, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home.
Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. Pam can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. Pam can make your home attractive to a buyer's audience which can help get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.

In partnership with the USFS, we created an intrepetive trail for skiers with a focus on the subnivean world that lives beneath the snow during winter months. Lake Tahoe has an abundant variety of wildlife that inhabit our environment year round. Have you ever wondered what critter made those tracks in the snow during the winter?
